Managing Director
Euclides is a highly experienced International Financial Advisor who has spent more than 25 years providing goals-based investment, wealth transfer and estate planning strategies to client families around the world.

Euclides holds the CIMA® designation, awarded by IMCA, taught in conjunction with the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Euclides graduated from Babson College, where he majored in Finance and minored in Economics. He joined Merrill Lynch in 2000. In his free time, Euclides enjoys skiing and cycling and is an avid art collector. He lives in Miami with his wife Sandra and their three children.

Adrian Exposito has been with Bolton Global Capital since 2016. Prior to Bolton, he was working at Wells Fargo Advisors as a Registered Associate Trading for high net worth Institutional clients and also worked at Mora Wealth Management as a Portfolio Operations Associate where he acquired a broad range of experience in Trading, Operations and working with high net worth international clients as well as the Pershing platform. Adrian is a graduate of Excelsior College in Business Administration. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 65, and 99 licenses and is fluent in English and Spanish.
The preceding Bolton Global Capital team members are exclusively employed by Bolton Capital Group and licensed with Bolton Global Capital (Member FINRA,SIPC), the introducing broker dealer of the Moreno Wealth Management Group.
JOSE LUIS GARCIA
Senior Investment Advisor
Jose Luis began his financial career at Merrill in 2007, as a Client Associate in Coral Gables, FL. Jose is responsible for the supervision of investment strategies for client accounts, portfolio rebalancing, and evaluation of diverse investment opportunities. Also, Jose contributes his operational and investment experience in both the domestic and international markets. He earned his bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management of Information Systems from Florida International University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Jose enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Adriana and their son and daughter.
KARYN SOROA
Senior Registered Client Associate
Karyn is responsible for enhancing the group’s efficiency and each client’s experience. Her responsibilities include opening accounts, transfer executions, document control and organizing client’s events. Karyn graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelors’ degree in Communications, and from Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s degree. She holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Karyn enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband Iker and their daughters.
MARIA JOSE MIRANDA
Junior Investment Analyst
Maria is responsible for analyzing mutual funds and model portfolio construction, and also serves as the Investment Committee Coordinator. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA where she double majored in Finance and Economics. She started her financial career with a semester-long internship at Merrill Lynch in Bala Cynwyd, PA. Maria is originally from Ecuador. She enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
PHIL GRENIER

Phil Grenier currently manages Bolton Global Capital’s trading desk which is responsible for fixed income, options, FX, and equity trading. He has 16 years of industry experience. Phil graduated from New England Conservatory, and holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston, MA. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
